OXS will implement a system TORO in the two “daughter” of Russian Federal Nuclear Center

Russian consulting company OXS (GK “Optima”) announced the launch replication automated system maintenance and repair of equipment (TORO), implemented in “Energoupravlenii” Russian Federal Nuclear Center city of Sarov.
Implementation of the system will cover two more subsidiaries of the company “Energoupravleniya” – “Sarovskuyu
Elektrosetevuyu Company” and “Sarovskuyu Gazosnabzhayuschuyu Company”, responsible for distribution of electricity and gas throughout the city. The project, implemented through cooperation and OXS RFNC-VNIIEF, is the next phase of automation activities of the Russian Federal Nuclear Center and natural continuation of the implementation of the system in the enterprise TORO “Energoupravlenie” city of Sarov, which ended in April 2008,

As a result of the implementation of the system TORO, which is drafting its own OXS-based MS Dynamics AX, and its integration with existing enterprise management information system, two more key enterprises “Energoupravleniya” will be able to work in a unified information environment, providing ample opportunity for the Exploitation of accounting information, repair and modernization equipment buildings and structures.

Among the major functionality introduced the system must be noted: maintaining a single database to integrate the technical facilities and equipment maintenance schedules planning and preventive maintenance of equipment; actual records of maintenance and repair of equipment; group of functions to obtain reporting information (mapping data for objects in a breakdown of repairs; materials used to repair costs, etc.).
The complex work to introduce the system in “Sarovskoy Elektrosetevoy Company” and “Sarovskoy Gazosnabzhayuschey Company” to be completed before the end of 2008. [CNews]
