The project implemented a full transition to IP-telephony. This approach simplifies telephone network capacity and organization of communications with remote offices, provides the ability to deploy additional services. For the client realized the following systems: interactive menu, voice mail, conference bridge, charging intranet system, etc.
“SITRONIKS Information Technology” has also provided support Application Gateway (gateway applications), which will further expand in telecommunications infrastructure “Emerson” advanced multimedia services Unified Communications.
The project was executed from the perspective telephony integration “Emerson” with Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 that provides an opportunity to realize services such as Presence (information about the presence of staff, which uses data and telephony Calendar Outlook), organization of telephone and video conferences, joint work over documents and much more.
