Company «Key Element» completed project implementation solutions «1C: Managing production company» OAO «house-building combines number 5».
The growth of market concrete products in the Northwest region of Russia, as well as the high rate of development of «House Mill number 5» led growth in the volume of orders and production. As a result, the automated control systems in the enterprise are no longer allowed to support the development of properly, not to ensure the efficient use of existing facilities. For the quality of growth was necessary to create a unified information system containing a complete and accurate information on the activities of the company.
The main reasons for the transition to the new system also could be a need to automate the following processes: the formation of plans for download on grounds received plans for the construction of the installation, ensuring transparency of costs of production, with a view to rational pricing, a reliable and timely information in the management and regulatory records .
Guide «House Mill number 5» decided to set up an information system through the integration of common information space of all kinds of records that exist in the enterprise: customer relationship management, production management, management planning and economic performance, management of inventory, supply chain management and marketing, accounting and tax accounting. As a system for the task, has been chosen system «1C: Managing production company». Prior to the introduction of automated records in the organization carried out by using self-developed software, which functions as a set of multiple separate databases without relationships between them. The project was intended to automate parent company OAO «house-building combines number 5».
Given the complexity of the problem, namely the automation of the company, it was decided to introduce the product to produce technology for the project, with the company «The key element». The introduction of the automated system was conducted from April to December 2008
Implementation met while making maximum use of a functional model of applied solutions «1C: Managing production company» without further elaboration. To reflect the specifics of housing production plants have been implemented appropriate refinement, virtually 100% realized in the form of additional subsystems, and to: describe the specifications of each facility construction and the history of change (of building the facility in detail to every single reinforced concrete products); reflect output tied to a specific section of the facility construction, reflect the shipment of products for assembling a specific section of the facility construction, analyze real-time total, and the state of completion for each of the facilities construction and the overall percentage of completion of construction of each facility and others also made a number of service improvements to the functional model (automatic attribution time primary documents created by all users of the system in one day; formation mechanism and the issuance of passports to the technical quality of products, etc.).
According to the results of all phases of the project is running features: calculation and accounting of the planned cost of finished goods, accounting for the release of finished products, accounting for shipments to TTN; view of the finished products and services, income and expenditure inventory, according to the specifics of the modernization of functional enterprise production of functional organization (forming plans boot production under plans to build and received orders of buyers); calculation accounting costs for finished products; functional regulatory organization of production. In addition, completed the integration of banking software solutions to customers, as well as to accompany users in the industrial exploitation of the system.
The introduction of the automated system has allowed to build analytical reports from any area of internal accounting in real time. There are currently supporting the customer in the contract for support. In the near future to implement the subsystem for budgeting and planning, personnel records and payroll.
